This section is currently made up of approximately 400 items, divided into four fonds. As well as the principal nucleus represented by the documentation of the Opera, also conserved are the archives of three convents suppressed between the eighteenth and nineteenth century, the property of which was assigned to the Opera: the two Franciscan convents of Fucecchio and Certomondo and the Augustinian monastery of the Ingesuate di S. Girolamo known as ‘Le Poverine' of Florence.
